Adds a third card to the Need Help? section of the welcome page linking to https://www.agentmail.to/build. Same CardGroup and icon style as the existing Discord and Email Support cards; nothing else on the page changes.
Verified: fern check passes, local preview renders the three cards in the two-column grid on desktop and stacked on mobile, link resolves (200).
