Hey, I'm Alessandra

Builder of businesses. Automator of operations. Forward deployed from day one.

I build and run nine companies — across consulting, cultural heritage, drone services, wellness, travel, and advocacy. I use AI and Python to make it all actually work without a 50-person team.

That means I embed with clients, diagnose what's broken, ship tools that fix it, and leave behind documentation that makes me unnecessary. Classic forward deployment.

I sit at the intersection of technical execution and client operations. When a client's workflow is on fire, I don't just advise — I build the thing that puts it out.
