Idea: Moveable Monitors

Description

In the show, the Doctor is able to move/rotate the monitor on a few consoles (like Toyota and Renaissance, and a few others) around the central column. So I was thinking it would be cool if you could add that to the relevant consoles, if possible. (It's also kinda annoying when you have to run back and forth around the console trying to do various things while keeping a track of the monitor.)

Ideas for how to implement:

• Left click to rotate a certain distance one way, shift+left click to go the other way (cause right clicking is already used for interaction).
• Some kind of drag and drop? Click it (to grab), move, and release it again.

this would probs be an ait2 thing (very super big maybe) now as stuff for consoles would have to be rewritten along with updating / remodeling of the consoles, its probs overly complex too as we'll have to update the control hitbox each time its moved
