This PR adds Tabular Editor to the Apache Ossie ecosystem page by including the Tabular Editor logo and company name.
About Tabular Editor's Ossie Involvement
Tabular Editor is a BI tooling company focused on semantic model development for Power BI, Analysis Services, and Microsoft Fabric. We are currently exploring and evaluating integrating with Apache Ossie as part of our Semantic Bridge.
We don't yet have shipped integration work to point to, but wanted to signal our interest in the ecosystem and stay engaged with the community as things develop.
