The CI failure is a transient network issue — pnpm audit --prod --audit-level high timed out trying to reach registry.npmjs.org after exhausting all retries. It is unrelated to this PR. All 335 unit tests across 36 test files passed cleanly (3.96 s). CodeQL and Dependency Review both succeeded.
The diff is exactly what is expected for this bump:
package.json:@types/nodespecifier updated from^26.4.0to^26.4.1.pnpm-lock.yaml: resolved version updated to26.4.1, along with the downstream peer-dep resolution strings that reference it. The only unrelated change is apostcsspatch bump (8.5.26→8.5.28) pulled in transitively throughvite, which is benign.
No runtime code was modified. Approving.
