This has not been tested yet! (although I'm sure it will be less painful than Azure was - it's not Microsoft, so I'm confident) but we may want to try using Cloudflare's preview deployments feature: https://developers.cloudflare.com/pages/configuration/preview-deployments/
Secret values will be shared secretly.
LLM disclosure: this script was written by me, a human, based on the previous deploy-to-azure-storage.yml which itself is based on deploy-to-gh-pages.yml by Cybercase. Because I did not test against production, I had Claude Sonnet 5 review the syntax for correctness. It suggested bumping the versions of checkout and setup-node, which I did. Node version remains the same.
