enabling morph ext breaks isInlineSwap for the hx-swap-oob="innerHTML" cases (Potential fix included)

Causes it to incorrectly nest the entire outerHTML into the innerHTML instead of only swapping the inner for inner

@y2kbugger I've just removed the htmx extension from this repo, so this fix would belong on the official extension repo once bigskysoftware/htmx-extensions#146 lands.
