@bpmforge This RDSAD-429 dependency is ready for upstream review. CI is green (732 tests), the diff adds bounded Sonnet tiering/JIRA-authoritative autopilot guidance, and fixes the macOS /tmp symlink false-pass in model-tiers CLI.
