GPU backprop is broken

The memory transfer for gradient computation and back propagation have not been done will need to resolve that.

For now i am gonna just do memcopy to cpu and see what happens i guess.

CPU fallback is kind of working.

It's cause lots of back and forth trashing so yea it's just a stop gap.
