Feature request: render .md files as Markdown

I wanted to add this:

        new file:   app/views/showcase/previews/README.md
        new file:   app/views/showcase/previews/components/README.md
        new file:   app/views/showcase/previews/components/_message_component.html.slim

But then the menu rendered "Readme", and expected the file to contain a real partial, and errored.

I think it's a great idea. You'd need to add a markdown renderer to your app so it can render .md files, I'm not sure what gem people are using for that?

I wonder if it might more or less work out of the box then?

@olleolleolle nice! did you have a chance to try it in your app and see how Showcase behaves if you then add the README.md files?

It's not the most intuitive, but I think you can override the main index view by replacing app/views/showcase/engine/index.html.erb in your app, and if you have a Markdown renderer it can be an index.md file.

No, I didn't manage to do more than "try it for a ride, see that our current lookbook works for us".
