[Feature] Add debrid-link.com as Torrent client

Hello,
I've wrote to debrid link and they told me to open a feature request here. They have the usual API and developers get free Premium.
From their response:

You have to contact them to add Debrid-Link. This is a third-party tool.

We can give free premium to developers

Debrid-link is pretty good in privacy and price so it would be really appreciated if that could get worked in. since the other two debrids are already in it shouldn't be that much work.

I personally dont use Debrid, but if anyone wants to take a stab at this and put out a PR, I will review it and merge it !

@Tatsu941 you are likely going to need to validate this works as I don't have a key for debrid-link and will need to wait until they grant me one as a developer.
