Fixes SMS selection from the login signer tray so it follows the submit path and initializes OTP from the username, matching SMS-only login.
Adds regression coverage for mouse and keyboard selection from the method chooser.
Tests: not run locally; Corepack could not reach the npm registry to install pnpm/dependencies.
