Current version of the UI install guide is hard to follow due to incorrect formatting and inclusion of git diff outputs in there.

These are a few of the problems with the document:
- broken hyperlinks on the table of contents
- git conflict outputs are present in the document
- badly formatted sections - everything after the sample apache conf file shows up as a code block
