This release should include following improvements: * should be able to compile under SLC6.X and CC7 * should include ability to parse multiple XML files connected with xi:include tag * first set of calibration routines for V3 electronics including parallel s-bit/threshold scan This will be the last release before we move certain parts of python functionality away to another repository
