fix(sentry): filter out third-party browser errors

Description

This PR addresses the issue GAZEBO-186G, where Sentry was reporting "uncaught exception: undefined" errors.

Root Cause:
These errors were identified as originating from third-party scripts, most likely browser extensions. Due to browser security policies, cross-origin errors from injected scripts are sanitized, resulting in an "undefined" error message and no actionable stack trace within our application code.

Solution:
To reduce Sentry noise and focus on actionable application errors, the beforeSend hook in src/sentry.ts has been updated. It now checks for the third_party_code: true tag (which is applied by the existing thirdPartyErrorFilterIntegration) and returns null for such events. This prevents these non-actionable third-party errors from being sent to Sentry.
