This PR modifies the
beforeSendhook insrc/sentry.tsto filter out errors originating from third-party browser extensions.Specifically, it addresses
NotFoundError: Failed to execute 'removeChild' on 'Node': The node to be removed is not a child of this node.errors, which were identified as being caused by the Obscura VPN browser extension manipulating the DOM outside of React's control. These errors were already being tagged asthird_party_code: trueby thethirdPartyErrorFilterIntegration.By adding a check for this tag in
beforeSend, these unfixable, external errors are now dropped before being sent to Sentry, reducing noise in error reporting without impacting the capture of legitimate application errors.Code Example
