fix(useInternalUser): make OwnerSchema username nullable

The OwnerSchema in src/services/user/useInternalUser.ts defined username as a non-nullable string (z.string()). However, the backend API returns null for the username field for Bitbucket users.

This mismatch caused a ZodError (Parsing Error) when InternalUserSchema.safeParse was called, leading to handled errors in production for Bitbucket users navigating to /bb/:owner routes.

This change updates OwnerSchema.username to z.string().nullable() to correctly reflect the API's behavior and prevent parsing errors. This aligns the schema with existing nullable fields like name and integrationId.
