Check if default spacings are the recommended spacings by the paper

Most algorithms we included should operate at a default spacing recommended by the accompanying paper. We also have algorithms that are more generic (e.g. Otsu) and we should decide what spacing is best/most fair. Let's discuss here.

CPG segmenter is slow compared to using fastinference #47 (comment) (fastinference needs seconds).

Currently, CPG is set to 2.5mpp (4x) and increasing the number of workers did not solve the speed issue. Maybe there are other factors that influence speed.

This gives another motivation for making sure that the algorithms operate on the correct pixel spacing: speed. If an algorithm works just as fine on a larger mpp, then that should be selected maybe.
