Since we borrow code from other frameworks here and there, we should add licensing information on all methods.
I propose we add this information in a separate directory (LICENSES) with a README.md that uses bullets to describe for every method what the license title is, and then separate [method].LICENSE files in the LICENSES directory that describe the full license.
