Summary

Corrects six stale skill-bake prose sites left by #982 (workers mount skill_search + use_skill): 20-package count, worker-mount wording in IMPLEMENTATION/ARCHITECTURE, DirectorPackage.optionalSkills doc, Draper rationale, orphaned identity JSDoc. Prose/comments only, no behavior change.

Verification

  • bun test (identity, registry, draper, prompts, run-skill-scope, assemble-runtime): 85 pass, 0 fail
  • bun run typecheck: exit 0
  • oxfmt --check + oxlint on touched files: clean

Fixes CL-7928

…mounting

Worker mounts from #982 made six prose sites stale: workers now mount skill_search + use_skill scoped to optionalSkills instead of baking bodies. Correct the count (20 packages), drop the bake parenthetical, and reattach the orphaned identity JSDoc. No behavior change.
