Eight listed/loadable, git-worktrees explicit-only, two bake-only; seven reported, four custom. Part of CL-7931.
The allowlist comment still described four bake-only background skills while TELEMETRY documents native-integration and ponytail as listed and loadable.

Synced the stale allowlist comment in src/telemetry/classify.ts with the corrected taxonomy (8 listed/loadable, git-worktrees explicit-only, 2 bake-only; 7 reported by name, 4 custom). Comment text only, no behavior change. Telemetry suites (69 pass) + typecheck green. |
