Summary
Collapse three duplicate provider families to one parameterized module each with no wire-behavior change: Anthropic session header-injection adapters to createAnthropicSessionAdapter, Zen/Go bounded model catalogs to createBoundedModelCatalog, and null-delta normalization to normalizeNullDeltaFields.
Verification
bun run check green: lint, typecheck, build clean; full unit suite 7474 pass / 0 fail across 511 files. Critic clean, independently verified.
