Builder and critic bake a compact less-is-more quality bar (
idiot-proof: prefer deletion, reuse existing helpers, clean only files already touched, read first). The skill is not a slash and is not listed foruse_skill. Critic flags correctness plus hygiene the diff introduced and still never implements.
