With the shallow depth gone, isomorphic-git's fetch by bare url on a fresh repo failed with
Could not find a fetch refspec for remote "origin", which broke every asset read (picked agents joining a room, Restart on a non-Myra agent, Tools pins, skill content). Add the remote first and fetch through it.
