About examples of solutions that existed before

I've read some of your conversations and learned that the new code removes some of the solution's implementation code and uses native calls.

I would like to know where to find some information about the codebase that the old version of the sample code can run, because I feel that the latest version of the sample code seems to take a long time to implement, or what can I do to help this codebase.
