I'm not aware of a good alternative to ntdsxtract, and python2 is now EOL, so here are some minimal changes to make it work under python3.
Hopefully this will make continued maintenance more appealing 😅
I've only done rudimentary testing so far - it runs and creates the same output as python2 for dsusers.py and dsgroups.py.
