My interpretation of it for Xcode
- Clone or download the project as zip.
- Copy Quiet Light.xccolortheme into ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/UserData/FontAndColorThemes/
- Restart Xcode if theme does not appear in Preference.
- Done.
