Issue with Bubble Recognition and Gas Flow Merging in Multiphase Simulation examples/205_multivof/crystal

Hello, Dr. Karnakov!

When I use examples/205_multivof/crystal to automatically generate bubbles, I have designed three gas inlets. However, the bubbles coming from these three inlets are all recognized as the same color "1", which causes the gas flows from the three inlets to merge before they break apart, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. If I increase the distance between the bubble inlets, the three gas flows can independently break apart, as shown in Figure 3. Could you please advise on a solution to make the gas flows from the three inlets recognized as different colors? Or is it more realistic for them to merge as shown?

I think there is a mechanism to specify the inlet color. Should be something like (untested)

for inlet_id in [0, 1, 2]:
    inlet_color = inlet_id + 1
    bc.InletPressure(..., extra=f" , fill_vf 1 , halo fill 1, fill_cl {inlet_color}")

so the key part is fill_cl which is supposed to specify the inlet color.
The relevant code in util/hydro.ipp parses this value and I hope it propagates further.
