Add BBNI data, models, OOS backtest; update README
Add Indonesian BBNI dataset, documentation and OOS backtest artifacts; introduce new scripts and pretrained models. New files: data/BBNI_JK.csv, download_bbni_data.py, static_backtest.py, walk_forward_bt.py, documentation.md, OOS result CSV/JSON/plots and multiple saved_models (.pt). Update README to v3.0 reflecting continuous-action PPO, macro integration and OOS workflow. Modify core code to support these features: scripts/run_cli.py, src/data/feature_engineering.py, src/data/preprocessor.py, src/models/patch_lstm.py, and trading modules (backtest.py, portfolio.py, ppo_agent.py, risk_manager.py).
