Running Ubuntu Studio 26.04.1 running Wayland.

$ ./StemKit-0.1.21-linux-x86_64.AppImage

FWIW I tried with root, it opened a window but was just blank and white

Can you try v0.1.22-beta.3? The previous build disabled the sandbox in app code, which turned out to be too late. Chromium decides the sandbox before the app's code runs, so only a command-line flag or env var is respected. This build wraps the executable so that's handled before Electron starts. Just run ./StemKit-0.1.22-beta.3-linux-x86_64.AppImage with no flags. (The blank window with sudo was root lacking X/Wayland access, not the app.)
