_get_proxy_from_env cercava solo HTTPS_PROXY. Il workflow CI setta BLOCKED_SOURCE_PROXY. Il curl fallback (da #413) non trovava mai il proxy.
Aggiunto fallback a BLOCKED_SOURCE_PROXY.
