Records the completed v0.4.0 publication against the immutable provider results.
The release record now binds the annotated tag, candidate and publish workflows, GitHub Release, artifact digest, npm integrity, support tuple, and attended alpha/latest promotion. The task is closed with the same evidence.
Validation:
npm run checkunder Node 24.20.0, including 345 tests and the package lifecycle canary; exact-candidate audit passed.
