Changes

Improve browse loading, source metadata, reader navigation, and audio result handling.
Add AnimeTosho, Project Gutenberg, and Open Library source support.
Document current source coverage and remaining gaps.

Validation

Native zig build passed.
Web JavaScript syntax and git diff whitespace checks passed.
Full regression suite has not been rerun; podcast paging and OPDS universal search remain follow-up work.
