Remove per-frame, per-file and per-request work whose inputs had not changed: cached home rails, bounded loading animation, memoized transport labels, one prepared statement and commit per library scan root, busy timeout on the shared DB, ETag/304 for web companion assets, in-place HTTP response reads and constant-time worker admission. See docs/performance-sweep.md. zig build and zig build test pass (2193 tests); secret_store's test target fails to link on this host's gcc 16 crt1.o (.sframe relocation), unrelated to these changes.
