docs: add test coverage agent example

Summary

Adds the test coverage agent to the public examples navigation and documents its risk-based selection, exact-snapshot workflow, test-only publication boundary, safe Development dry run, and deterministic pull-request reuse.

The page now includes a real dry-run result showing how the agent ranks recent merges and names concrete regression gaps. It also documents the temporary trust boundary created by enabling the built-in bash tool.

The standalone public example is available at https://github.com/diggerhq/opencomputer-example-test-coverage.
