Athena is a mobile application (available on Play Store & App Store) used by the Service department of DSI to process Service Calls. Athena is written in C# using Xamarin Forms.
With Athena, our Service Department can:
- Complete service calls outside of the office
- Access to active service calls
- Retrieve customer info
- Edit customer info
- Lookup service history
- Lookup inventory
- Create a service call
