Temporary isolated CI-only branch used to build the official
MrNeRF/LichtFeld-Studiov0.5.3 tag on a Windows 2022 runner. It replaces only this branch's test workflow, builds a portable Release package with CUDA 12.8 and cuDNN 9, verifies the installed executable, and uploads a ZIP plus SHA-256 checksum. This PR will not be merged and does not alter the active EasySplat release branch.
