Can't access GUI (timezone error)

Hi, I'm running HRConvert2 in unRAID as a Docker container, installed from Community Applications plugin. I setup config.php and also added the ServerName.conf file, but when I try to access the app GUI I get this error:

ERROR!!! HRConvert2-4: Could not verify timezone!

Doesn't show anything else on screen, just that message and I can't get past that. Tried adding the "TZ" variable to the template but I still get that message.
