Prompt user for component/utils/pages directory?

Summary

Right now we assume, "src/components" for components. In a new next project, things like components and pages are top level. As such, I'm thinking we should prompt for the location and properly write that to package.json.

This is definitely possible, and a direction I think we want to go in.

ICYDK, you can overwrite the src/components by changing it in the package.json. It would be nice to have the prompt in there during the init process to ask for this path.

Time estimate: maybe 4 hours?
