• preserve the 2026-09-22 live sweep across Flow, Optiflow, Renderflow, and Aniflow
• record verified default-branch revisions, open issue/PR counts, gap reconciliation, and the strict next-up queue
• point the repository roadmap at the dated checkpoint without rewriting historical execution evidence

Key outcome

The issue tracker already contains the missing bounded work discovered by the sweep. This PR avoids duplicate issues and makes the refreshed order durable in the repository.

Optiflow is prioritized through a read-only external-drive pilot, then an approval/quarantine/recovery/finalization chain for safe exact-duplicate reclamation, followed by validated lossless PNG replacement.
