Tracker for tightening make_kiss behavior in 3D. Originally a single issue;
split into per-collision-type sub-issues so each maps 1:1 to a PR.
make_kiss is a new pain point in 3D: spacing logic must respect that balls
can't be pushed through a table, and z-drift must not accumulate across
collisions.
