I noticed that whenever I right-clicked on a clip and then attempted to scroll within the context menu it would immediately disappear
Scrolling inside the context menu is now ignored by the global dismiss handler, but scrolling outside the menu still dismisses it
Scrolling chaining should also be prevented
Tested on KDE Plasma Wayland
Steps to reproduce:
