Implement logs.outputs in TesTask object

As per the TES specs, TesTask is used in multiple endpoints - Get Tasks, Get Task {ID}.
The logs.outputs is a required field, but the GET responses do not contain this field.

The test was done on the https://csc-tesk-noauth.rahtiapp.fi/ server.
