Whenever there is a new version of passagemath, all of the passagemath-* packages need to be updated.
- Problem: The bot currently opens one PR per package. But the packages depend on the exact version of each other, so many of these PRs fail. It is also restricted by the 20 PR limit per run.
- Solution: It would be better for the bot to update all of the
passagemath packages in a single PR, and then they would be built in the correct order.
