lfcShrink() is not available in DEseq2

While I tried to call dds.lfcShrink(), I got--
AttributeError: 'DESeqDataSet' object has no attribute 'lfcShrink'

Thank you for using inmoose :)

Not all functions from DESeq2 have been implemented in inmoose yet.
We can prioritize lfcShrink but I do not have a timeline to share at the moment. I'll keep you posted about that.
We also welcome contributions, so you happen to know someone familiar with both R and Python, they can give it a shot.

Please:

Option 1: Remove the example

Remove lfcShrink examples until the function is implemented
Add a note in the roadmap/planned features section

Option 2: Clear marking

Keep the example but add prominent warning badges:

• NOT YET IMPLEMENTED
• PLANNED FEATURE

Include expected implementation timeline if available
