[Subsonic] GUI feedback for scrobble with submission set to false (a.k.a. "Now Playing")

Hello, would it be possible to have a visual feedback for the "now playing" feature of subsonic? That is done using the scrobble method with submission set to false. See here.
Feature works but there is currently no effect on the gui as far as I understand (but I might be wrong).

Forgot to mention I just added support for this feature to my upnp-scrobbler here. Works with Navidrome.

The scrobble method is already implemented in LMS, and also with submission set to false.

If you use listenbrainz, it is forwarded and displayed in the LB web interface like this:

Not sure why you need a visual feedback in the LMS UI? If you listen from your own client, this usually means you don't have this UI open?

The thing you say about Listenbrainz: of course that is correct but also tied to the fact that listenbrainz is configured, while what Navidrome does happen because a player is scrobbling to the subsonic server via the scrobble api with submission=False.

About the scrobble method with submission=False, I noticed that the song appears on top of the recently played as soon as the scrobble api is invoked with submission set to False.
Shouldn't the song appear as played when it is scrobbled with submission=True? By observing that behavior I thought that the specific feature was not implemented, but ammittedly I didn't look at my Listenbrainz page while performing the test.

Finally had some time to test, I don't not reproduce the submission=false issue, could you tell me more?

What I tested is to only use internal scrobbling, and notify a scrobble using the Subsonic API with submission=false.
=> I don't see any update in the track/album/artist views when sorting mode is "Recently played"
