web.esphome.io can't prepare a C5 for first use because there's no esphome-web build for it; the C2 and C61 are in the same spot.
ESPHome supports all three, and esptool-js 0.7 (what web.esphome.io flashes with) has targets for them, so this adds them to the generator, regenerates the configs, adds the factory builds to the workflow and lists them in the issue template.
The C2 needed ESPHome 2026.8 or newer for improv_serial to build, which main now has after #357. It skips esp32_improv since it doesn't have enough RAM for BLE alongside Wi-Fi, so it's provisioned over serial or the captive portal instead.
