Cannot build when using Cordova v7 and up

Cannot do a Viewer custom build when using Cordova v7 and up. The directory structures are different. Additionally, the Android SDK, gradle toolkit is missing. Probably ok if using older versions.

I am also having issues compiling with cordova v7.1.0. First I had many issues with installing the plugins. I used --nofetch to install plugins manually a few times, also used nofetch on the platform add command: cordova platform add android --nofetch

I did get it to compile BUT the resulting apk is corrupt and won't install.

I don't know what is wrong or how to fix it.

The Viewer is now updated to build with Cordova 8 and cordova-android 7.1.0. A new version 1.6.0 is available as an open beta on playstore.
