Stops reading RFIDs

Not much information is available at this time but the system seems to stop reading badges and fobs until the Pi is rebooted.

@Familab-github 2 issues, one the google cache would cause app to crash when unable to connect e.g. offline. fixed to gracefully ignore and actually use cache. Another with faster than pi w (e.g. w2) PN532 may enter a low power mode so some timing configuration in python was updated.
