Depending on the number of traits, the design matrix for the mixed model in BGLR will have different dimensions. This step is automatic, and the correct design matrices are created (from the number of traits inferred from the number of columns of the phenotype input file: this may need to be revised in case of covariates).
Additionally, also the structure of the predictor in the BGLR() function changes: this step is not yet automatic, and the predictor has to be manually coded before running the script. This MUST BE REVISED as soon as possible.
